Waterford Point offers studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments, along with select townhouse floor plans. Apartment sizes range from 392 to 1,335 square feet. Many homes include open layouts, full size washers and dryers, spacious living areas, and modern finishes.

Yes. Waterford Point welcomes cats and dogs with a maximum of two pets per apartment and a weight limit of 75 pounds at maturity. A pet fee and monthly pet rent apply, and breed restrictions are in place.
